The Band’os Club has never been just a Pilates platform. 🤍
From day one, our vision has been to create a community that embraces a holistic approach to movement and well-being. Yes, we love our signature spicy, dynamic Pilates flows that leave you feeling strong and empowered, but we also believe that sometimes your body asks for something different. Sometimes, slowing down is exactly what makes you stronger.
That’s why we love bringing you unique pop-up experiences and collaborations. Whether it’s our coffee mornings, community events, partner collaborations, or wellness pop-ups, every experience is designed to make movement feel joyful, social, and sustainable.
This week, we hosted our very first Yoga Pop-Up, and it was everything we hoped for. 🧘‍♀️✨ Our members absolutely loved it.
A huge thank you to Melissa for sharing her expertise and creating such a beautiful space for everyone to reconnect with themselves. We’re so grateful to have you as part of our community.

There is something so special about coming back to where it all started. 🌿✨
Today we rolled out our mats in the park to celebrate our little anniversary, from our very first classes in 2024 to the beautiful community we’ve built together today. 🥹🤍
What started with a dream has grown into so much more than Pilates. It’s become a family filled with strong, kind, inspiring people... and even incredible local entrepreneurs who believe in our vision.
A huge thank you to Plum for completely understanding the assignment and bringing all the fun (and the delicious coffee , matcha and buns☕💚). We feel so lucky to be surrounded by people who lift each other up.
