Band’os Recap – A Journey of Strength & Community 🌶️🧞‍♀️🔥

When we launched Band’os, we set out to create more than just a workout—we built a movement. A class where endurance meets rhythm, where we push limits and celebrate every rep, every hold, every beat. And look at us now!

From Valentime for Me to our Pilates Pulse Party with a DJ, every special event brought us closer together. Many of you started as curious first-timers, and by the fourth class, you saw the progress—not just in strength but in confidence.

Progress is more than holding a teaser longer—it’s smiling at yourself in the mirror, dragging yourself out of bed at 7 AM, and showing up even on the tough days. And when we needed a regression, we took it with a big smile because growth isn’t linear, but it’s always worth it.

We started with just 6 people on the 7 AM class, and now the class is fully booked with a waitlist. Together with Ezgi we sealed two corporate deals, and our community keeps growing stronger.

With more than 10 years of international experience and living in Maastricht since 2018, I bring my passion for Pilates and community to every class. I’m certified in Barre Fusion, Mat Pilates, and Reformer (plus a special twist with Jumpboard techniques!). My signature class, Band'os, blends Barre Fusion and Pilates for a spicy, fun workout that’s perfect for all levels. Everyone’s welcome!
